Cast - Stripped

Belgotex introduces the Cast Stripped range, a line of commercial carpets that offer the aesthetic of concrete paired with the comfort and longevity of carpet. This broadloom carpet range is distinctive due to its pattern colour placement and impressive durability. The collection offers six colour options and two designs: Exposed and Stripped. Cast Stripped is designed for heavy commercial use and features a construction based on pattern color placement. The pile yarn, composed of Stainproof SDX and Stainproof Eco SDX (Solution Dyed Nylon), includes recycled content in certain colors. The pattern repeat measures 97cm in width and 99cm in length, and the yarn mass is 1200 g/m2. The carpet has a pile height of about 7mm and a total thickness of approximately 9.5mm, contributing to a total mass of 2680 g/m2. The standard width of the Cast Stripped carpet is 4m, making it adaptable to a variety of commercial environments. The carpet has a fire index rating of 3 (SANS 10177-IV) and Cfl-s1 (EN ISO 9239-1), demonstrating its resilience in fire-prone conditions. The product boasts excellent color fastness to light and resistance to wet and dry rubbing, as well as good water resistance. With an electrostatic propensity of less than 2.0kV, the carpet offers permanent static control. The carpet has passed VOC testing, ensuring it emits low volumes of volatile organic compounds. Belgotex's Cast Stripped carpet complies with the Global GreenTag Banned List and adheres to the WELL Building Standards, having passed the Global GreenTag International (GGT) Product Health Declaration (PHD). The TVOC emissions for product applied on-site are less than 500 µg/m2/hr, which aids in maintaining a healthier indoor atmosphere.
