This heavy commercial range is perfect for stick-down (dry back) installations with an overall thickness of 2.5mm and a wear layer thickness of 0.55mm. Each box contains 10 planks, measuring 1516.9mm x 228.6mm, covering an area of 3.47sqm. The product has passed VOC tests and earned Global GreenTag certification. The Fortitude range is chemically resistant, boasts a fire index rating of Bfl-s1 and a slip resistance of DS-R10. Its thermal conductivity is 0.091 W/m*K, with an electrostatic behaviour of 0.1 kV and a dimensional stability of ≤0.25%. It possesses excellent colour fastness of m > 6 grade, provides an approximate sound absorption of 3dB and is suitable for use under castor chairs with soft non-staining wheels. Note that the Nefertiti variant in the collection features a herringbone pattern that intentionally does not line up. This is a unique aspect of its design and does not indicate a defect in the product. Available designs in the Fortitude collection include Amina, Asantewa, Makeda, and Nefertiti. Each box of the Belgotex Fortitude 2.5mm heavy commercial dry back LVT comes with a 20-year residential warranty and a 10-year commercial warranty. The product should be installed in accordance with the SANS 10070 fitting code of practice. We recommend the use of a 60mm unhooded soft castor, with a diameter of either 23mm or 38mm, designed for a 60kg load capacity per castor. The high impact nylon core and hub with soft grey/black PU treads on the wheel are the preferred materials. The product has a Green tag level A Gold rated certification.
