Introducing Belgotex's Blend, an enduring and elegantly subdued Stainproof SDX carpet range. This product has been carefully crafted to resist visible soiling in high-traffic areas. Its tone-on-tone colour schemes are designed to pair seamlessly with various Belgotex tile ranges and are aligned with the latest colour trends. Blend is constructed with a tufted multi scroll loop pile and is rated for heavy commercial use. The yarn used is Stainproof SDX, including a blend with Stainproof SDX Eco for certain colors. The yarn mass is approximately 625 g/m², with a pile height of 2-4 mm. Backed by NexBac bitumen, the total thickness and mass of the carpet are approximately 6mm and 3675 g/m², respectively. Standard tile size is 50x50 cm with a stitch rate of 44 per 10 cm. Blend’s fire classification ratings are 3 (SANS 10177-4), Bfl-s1 (EN 13501), and Class 1 (ASTM E 648-08), confirming its suitability for commercial settings. It demonstrates exceptional color fastness to light, water, and dry or wet rubbing. With an electrostatic propensity of less than 2 kV (EN 14041), Blend offers permanent static control. Blend also offers superior sound absorption at 0.15 aw (EN ISO 354) and sound insulation of 24 dB (EN ISO 10140). Its thermal resistance stands at 0.0720 m².K/W (ISO 8302), promoting energy efficiency. This carpet has passed VOC testing and is rated for intensive use under castor chairs and on staircases. Installation options for Blend tiles include Tessellated and Color Mix patterns. For custom offerings, minimum production quantities apply.
