How do I change or cancel my sample order?

We can't modify or cancel a sample order. This is because sample orders are automatically assigned for delivery when an order is placed.

I received my samples. How do I arrange an installation?

If you'd like to proceed with installation, contact one of our Belgotex Partner Installers to guide you through the next steps.

How do I reschedule my consultation?

After ordering samples and selecting a Partner Installer, you'll receive an email confirming your assigned Partner Installer and their contact details. You can reschedule your consultation by contacting them via the details in the confirmation email.

I ordered for delivery via a Belgotex Partner Installer, but I haven't heard back. What now?

After ordering samples, you'll receive an email confirming your assigned Partner Installer and their contact details. If they haven't contacted you within 48 hours, you can reach out to them using the details in the confirmation email. You can also contact us directly.

How do I request a different Belgotex Partner Installer?
